Cache Page
Use this page to choose whether to allocate cache for file transfers, and how large a
cache to allocate. Cache is used only for transfers that are not compressed or encrypted,
because there is little speed advantage when those options are enabled.
If all file transfers will occur over the Internet at less than T1 speeds, cache
should be disabled, in order to maximize response time to multiple users.
